I love this time of year in Seattle because it really separates the true Seattle locals from the tourists and transplants.
Walking around downtown today at lunch, I could tell just from a quick glance who those were that grew up here or have been here for some time.
It's about 57 degrees in Seattle today and mostly sunny. The true Seattle locs (or anyone else from a climate cooler than ours) are out in short sleeves, flip flops, no jacket, and even shorts. Everyone else is still in winter coats and scarfs with umbrella in hand complaining about how cold this city is.
The forecast says it will be close to 70 degrees tomorrow, watch out cause that's when the tank tops come out!
